A local fish and chip shop that sells delicious and decent size fish. I have to admit that they sell one of the best chips around in the northern suburbs.

Kinross Fish and Chips is your typical, suburban fish and chips place. There is nothing fancy about the establishment — like typical, suburban fish and chips places, it features an open kitchen and a long counter for service. The prices for fish and chips are average, and the service is friendly and efficient. Being what appears to be a family business with limited hands on deck, they can be swamped in the early evening, but there is a TV and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait for your food. The batter over the fish is done well — enough to cover the fish, but not excessively so and the batter is also not overly thick. They seem to have a good source for the fish, because it tastes fresh. Kinross Fish and Chips is a good place for takeaway if you are feeling like a lazy night in.
