As CEO of Artisan Wine Storage, Eamonn is the brainchild behind the $ 2million facility, overseeing all aspects of the business. Aiming to deliver to a wine storage facility in Australia that would exceed the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) standards, Artisan Wine Storage provides a 12 °C climate controlled warehouse with 55−75% relative humidity, cloud-​based wine management software and a fully integrated logistic solution for trade customers.
