Having recently developed an interest in fitness and body sculpting to a degree, I began looking for stores where I could find health supplements and muscle-​building protein powders.
Little did I know, there was a store that provided exactly that, not even a 3 minute walk from my house!
Bio-​Form, located just outside Westfield Liverpool, provides everything one could possibly need in their quest for health and/​or fitness.
They stocked the whey powder I had been looking for, selling at around $ 60 a bottle, which is a reasonable price, compared to what it was selling for online.
The attendants are helpful and enthusiastic, and more than willing to assist you, even if you don’t quite know what you’re looking for.
They sell everything from weight lifting accessories (wrist straps and such) to vitamins, supplements and protein shakes.
