I love it how you can choose how much spice you want on your food! And you can add more sauce too after you’ve ordered from the self serve table. They are very flexible with what you can order in terms of chicken on its own, meal deals, burgers, wraps, sides and pizzas! Prices are a little more expensive than typical fast food but it tastes better than fast food. This location has a nice setting half inside and half out. They also have a loyalty program to gain points and receive later benefits!

So I’ve decided to try nandos since its been 8 years my local one opened and that some celebrities tend to rave on about it(ed sheeran, Beyoncé and One Direction to name a few) and my answer is bleh… I suppose moderately priced($ 17 for burger chips and drink) but I’d expect that in a little sit down café not a ‘fast food joint’ that wasn’t even that fast in making waited about 5 – 7 for my food to come out. The food its self was quite nice. Mild Peri Peri is bloody hot! So I’d hate to see was extreme is. My burger was 2 tenderloins on a wholemeal roll with lettuce and tomato with lemon and herb sauce with a truck load of chips that could feed a small army and a small sprite. It was nice to have the option to have it take away or eat in on actual plates. Would I eat it again? Yeah maybe in another 8 years time since it took me that long to try it lol.

Nando’s is some sort of delightful mix of fast food and restaurant dining. The venue is classy and colourful, which makes it a fun place to eat, whether you’re by yourself, or in a group. As for the menu, it’s just delicious. You can choose to have your own portion of flame-grilled chicken, or you can have a platter for how ever many people are in your group. If you don’t think you can handle a whole portion of chicken, there are a variety of salads, burgers, wraps, and pitas to choose from. There are also some interesting sides like corn on the cob, spicy rice, and cous cous. I’d recommend the spicy rice, it’s really quite delicious. In keeping with the atmosphere, the prices are also halfway between fast-food and restaurant prices. The most a burger(with all the add-ons and extras) will cost you is $ 14, ribs around $ 9 and the wraps around $ 8. Most of the sides can be had for a mere $ 4. So head in there for a nice lunch, or a casual dinner.
