I don’t understand why chemists insist on having the ugliest exterior decorations around, but they do and this one is certainly no exception. I suppose the giant red sign ensures that it’s easy to find and no one can miss it. Once you get inside it’s a little better, although really a pharmacy can’t be expected to be too flashy. It does what it came to do however, and there’s ample range of products here, although not quite as much as some of the larger chain chemists.
In terms of filling subscriptions, this is one of the places that do it for you cheaply. I always find it quite amusing when I go to the chemist with a script and they ask if you would like the cheaper version — are there people who say no in answer to that question? Behind the counter is more impressive than in front, it’s takes up almost half the store and they have a pharmacist there seven days a week.
