History

Established in 2011.

Beyond Accountancy started as a Melbourne based business, but through our online appointments we now have clients all over Australia and internationally.

The growth in our business has come from our desire to be as helpful as possible to our clients. Most of our new business comes from online reviews and word of mouth referrals.

We have three goals: (1) helping clients to legally reduce their tax, (2) reducing hassle and paperwork for our clients, and (3) helping clients understand their tax position.

Meet the Manager

Jarrod R.

Manager

Jarrod is a certified practicing accountant (CPA) and a registered tax agent. He has worked as a tax accountant since 2005, beginning with a medium sized firm in suburban Melbourne before going into business in 2011.

Jarrod worked full time in the SMSF area for his first two years of practice, before branching out into a broader, client-​facing tax role. This included tax preparation and advice for personal and business clients.

Jarrod enjoys working with clients and helping to improve their tax situation. His favourite client feedback is «That was much easier that I thought it would be», or «I’ve never understood my tax until now».

Some of Jarrod’s published articles top the search engine rankings for their topic.

But Jarrod considers his biggest success stories to be clients who have come to Beyond Accountancy losing sleep over their tax, and who have walked away with their issues resolved and a clean slate.
