This is a popular King Street hang out spot for those corporate meetings, and one on one catch ups with your work colleagues if you wish to escape the office. I have been armed on many occasions in the past ready to order either a traditional café latte or a chai latte over a conversation with another work colleague to discuss strategy once again; findings and insights from interviews and other meetings over a great coffee with a love heart latte art on the café latte. The art made my day every time. You feel like your in heaven when you land yourself into one of their chic booths as they get snapped up real quick; although sadly there has never been an occasion that I have come to this establishment just to catch up with one of my friends over a latte. My visits to Blanc have all been work related in a previous life, and needless to say I have lost count of how many times I have been drinking coffee at this establishment. Deep down I miss Blanc heaps in my new life as an entrepreneur, although I would not trade in this new life in for anything right now. I have never been disappointed at this establishment. The staff are fast on their feet; friendly and always make great coffee despite having to reach for the sugar sachets every now and again for survival. Blanc is a perfect ambassador for high quality coffee you would expect to consume in café society Melbourne. Amen.
