The coffee and hot chocolate was very nice. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Brioche French Toast. The food was generally good but there was too much lemon in the hollandaise and it was cold. The French toast was also cold but it tasted delicious. The food was decently priced and a very nice environment.

Brother Thomas ! We had tried the coffee at other distributors in the city but the home location takes the cake! I reckon its one of the best lattes I have had in Melbourne! Delish. Highly recommended ! Great ambiance! Professional service.

Brother Thomas is pretty good. Spot on coffee and my eggs were perfect every time. My only grip is that once is gets past 9 they start running out of items on the menu. Seems like they are building a strong following but if that’s the case, they are going to have to keep the kitchen stocked.

At first glance he seems like any other urban gent hanging out in the legal precinct. «Nice suit.» He doesn’t talk much, but smells good. With nary a whisper he takes you by the small of the back and guides you to a comfy seat. Just the right one, no fuss, mind you. He talks of everyday. Nothing sensational but every word is gripping, holds your attention. He’s critical, but constructive and I find that endearing. He keeps you wanting to come back and hear what he’ll say next time.
Actually that is a very nice suit. Not the suit of a lawyer mind you. A modern gentleman owns this suit. One of a kind. Individual detail. A touch of theatre.
He eats well. Simple elegant fare. Sandwiches, picnic friendly luncheon food, occasionally dessert. Never to excess, just the right amount.
One visit and he nourishes the soul.
