History

Established in 2014.

Danielle Foulis started Career Management Advisors in 2014. After working in Human Resources and Recruitment roles for over 15 years, Danielle often saw people unhappy or not performing well in their roles because those roles were quite simply not the right roles for them.

Consequently, Danielle decided to move into Career Consulting so that she could help people make the right career choices and achieve greater job satisfaction and success. Tertiary qualified in Career Development and a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia, Danielle now provides tailored career counselling services to a range of clients through her business, Career Management Advisors.

Business Owner

Danielle started her career working in the recruitment industry before moving into Human Resources roles with companies including RACV, Bosch, Fosters and Village Cinemas. Danielle has worked in senior HR management roles, providing the full range of HR services and has particular expertise in recruitment, performance management, industrial and employee relations and career transitions support.

Danielle has studied extensively, and possesses a B. Ed, Honours degree in Psychology, Masters in Industrial Relations and Graduate Certificate in Career Development.

Danielle continues to provide HR consulting services, while also running career workshops to assist people to improve their own employment opportunities and provides one-​on-​one career counselling support to private clients. She also provides outplacement/​transition services to people undergoing career change.
