Went here at the end of White Night and experienced both mediocre food and service. With all of the Chinese restaurants in the area I would choose somewhere else next time.

Among the hundreds of Chinese restaurants within Bourke street shopping area this is an okay place. I had the beef fried noodles which were good but the beef was pretty awful, something like imitation crab meat but for beef. My friend had the Shanghai noodle dish which was very good and fresh with shrimp and veggies. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delivered hot and fast. Just wish the meat was of better quality.

Took a friend there when we discovered my favourite(Claypot King) had closed down. Needless to say this is my new favourite. We sat on the top level which is a bit echoey and makes it feel rather cafeteria-like. But I’m not usually one to be concerned with décor when the food is this good! We got a variety of dumplings, roast duck, a pork dish, and green tea. Everything came out very quickly and with a smile to go with it. We paid about 75 for three people and we had dumplings left over a well as some duck, so prices are reasonable. Would go again and would certainly recommend it!

We got the chicken and mushroom fried rice twice while we were in Melbourne! Big chunks of chicken and mushrooms! Both times it was served steaming hot! We also tried the chicken and pork combo with soup noodles. Very popular place. We walked right in but when we left just after noon there was a line out the door.
