Flavour Exchange

Flavor exchange is a must for anyone who enjoys a vino or two, good food and trying new things. Held seasonally at federation square it show cases an array of Victoria’s wineries and craft beer makers complemented by local food vendors.
Highlights
Pizzini wines — great array of wines to taste
Dal zotto wines — amazing prosecco
Rustica bread — delicious array of sourdough and super generous staff
Brûlée cart — the salted caramel with popcorn was to divine
Low lights
Would have liked a few more food options as fairly hungry after work
Overall excellent value for money. Pre booking online gives you 14 tasting vouchers which you exchange with stall holders for samples. This was more than enough to try a wide variety of foods on offer.
The stall holders were all friendly mostly generous and very knowledgable with their products.
