Established in 2010.

Friendly Moving Men arrived in the Melbourne removals world in 2010.

Good friends and owners Ben Hallpike, Jake Wotherspoon and Finn Kelly saw a gap in the moving market for affordable moving with a strong emphasis on customer service and quality work. As it stood, when employing a removalist you would get quality or you would get affordability, never both.

Ben, Jake and Finn all have a background in customer service and physically demanding work. Starting up a removalist company seemed like a no brainer!

But we’re not just muscles here at Friendly Moving Men. Our strapping young moving men are also students and inspired people who work hard and are good fun to talk to, which makes moving much less stressful.

Three years down the track Friendly Moving Men has grown from a beaten up old truck to a fleet of four beautiful moving machines!

We love what we do and we look forward to adding the friendly to your next Melbourne house move!
