Admittedly, one will never have a reason to visit Hyland’s unless they have an interest in Military History or in trains. Admittedly, I don’t. Good thing, then, that when I went in looking for a book for my dad(he’s a train and bridges person), the guy working there(absolutely lovely gentlemen, website tells me his name is Neil) was really helpful. It’s a place for dads, granddads and your dad’s friends. Or husbands, so perhaps if you need an afternoon with the girls and a shopping trip, drop him off here. It’s a grownup IKEA ballpit.
