Parkhound

This is the most frightening business I have been through! Now I’m really hounded by this Parkhound.
What I am about to add here is very disturbing: I think who I am dealing with from Parkhound is very terrifying: he told me to pay the cancellation fee with threat, then I paid. He told me to let him know after I pay. So I sent him email and SMS after my payment.
Then this happened: he called and asked whom I was. I told him and he started to say: stop swearing. Stop calling or texting me, or I will call police. My goodness. I barely said: yeah, you won! You are from a big company and I am just an individual who cannot stand up to your bully. Hope you are happy.
That was my first SMS to this guy according, and was to his request. And would be the last too. And I have never called him. I did not swear. He called me and sounded crazy! But he was leading on and on, then I realized he was probably trying to dragging me on the phone as long as he could then later on he could make a story of me harassing him over the phone for a long time or something. So I ended the call. And then he sent this SMS: «
Please stop threatening me. We just tried to help you get a booking and now you keep yelling and arguing with me. My kids are upset because they can see you are upsetting me.
What does he want? I have paid $ 200 cancellation fee for nothing. Is this a business or personal threat? What’s wrong with him?
I was going to say: stop texting or calling me, otherwise I’m going to report to the police. But I didn’t reply, cos Im worried that might be a trick for me to text him.
This is horrible! All I want was to rent a car park! Horrible experience !
And I don’t understand why they are doing this! A marketing plan to get famous or what? Whatever the truth, horrible experience !!!

I am not very good at computer and online stuff. So be very careful if you are not either. Confused by their process. Cancelled my ad but was told too late. Being asked to pay $ 200 cancellation fee, which is hard to find on their cancellation policy that is mainly about refund.
Worst of all, I did not even say that I wasn’t paying. I was just questioning the fee, he started to threaten me with police prosecution and so on!
What is the matter? I was just trying to rent a Carpark. Was all of that really necessary?
I’m a poor ordinary person and I’m scared. I will pay them to get my peace of mind. What a horrible experience !

I didn’t have great experience with them. I have posted the ad on Parkhound as I was looking for someone to rent my car park. However, I have found someone myself and a few days later, I have received an email with a new booking. Since I have already found someone, I did not confirm this booking. Surprisingly, I have received booking confirmation next day. I contacted Parkhound and a guy, Michael contacted me and started arguing very impolite, asking why I have the post available even though the parking is unavailable. Because the ad was available, the buyer booked and made the payment. Don’t you think before taking money from buyer, ask owner to confirm?! Also, this is my private property. I have RIGHT to choose the person to lend to!!! Secondly, I told them that I did not confirm any bookings and it must be their system error (I could prove it). Michael’s answer was «It is our first time to have this problem so I don’t think it’s our system but I think you changed your mind.» I think this is very unprofessional he believes that I did a mistake not Parkhoud instead of trying to investigate this problem but only ASSUME it was my mistake just because it has never happen with them. — All problems have first time, right? Their customer service is very unprofessional and I am very disappointed with their service. Apparently, Michael is CEO of the company!!! and it seems like I am not the only one who had a bad experience with their service if you see other reviews of them.

I was so incredibly happy with the support and service provided by this businesses. There was a slight misunderstanding with the car park ‘vendor’ and Park Hound were amazing in their follow up and help.
