The name of Rice ‘n’ Rolls is a tiny bit deceptive and sort of suggests that maybe they do sushi. Or rice paper rolls. Something like that. But they don’t. Rice ‘n’ Rolls do for noodle box dishes what Subway does for sandwich roll things. In a nutshell: pick your noodle(or rice), choose your ingredients, select your sauce, decide on the level of heat you can handle, add any extras… and you’re good to go. For me the big thing is that they’re gluten-free friendly. This is still the only place I know of that I can get a noodle box full of green curry rice noodles. Or satay. Or even just chilli and cashews, and not have to worry about losing it all later(yeah, sorry for the visual). With two outlets in the city, if that’s where you work I’m sure there’s one near you. And if there isn’t, it’s worth travelling.
