Customer Service: Absolutely terrible. I have been here several times and not once have I been greeted in a friendly manner. All my cashiers have been unenthusiastic and bored. One time I came here and as the girl took my order, she was playing with her iPhone… The plus side is that their service is quick because they have all the ingredients pre-cooked that they just toss together so it is safe for quick meals. Food: The food quality is alright, but it is really cheap! Less than 5 dollars for a filling bowl of noodles with a choice of 2 toppings — most definitely worth it. They do noodle soups with different kinds of noodles — rice, egg, or sh. They also do pan-fried noodles, but those are slightly more expensive. I really like their system of placing an order. You choose your type of dish — soup or pan-fried, then noodle type, then soup/sauce, and finally toppings. It makes things really efficient and easy. I personally recommend Tom Yum Soup with Rice Noodle, Baby Spinach, and Egg. I have had their shrimp before and it was not very good because since it is just tossed in the hot soup, it just does not have enough time to fully cook and get tender. The food is not amazing, but with the cheap prices, it is worth it. Ways they can improve: ~ Customer service! I understand the majority of the employees are just students, but it is still a job and requires some level of professionalism. Notes: ~ It is a bit cramped with no seating area, so you will have to bring your meal elsewhere.
