Sapphire Essence

I visited the salon for the first time when using a Living Social voucher for a cut and full head of foils. As anyone who has used any kind of deal vouchers knows, the experience can be a bit hit and miss.
With Sapphire Essence, I definitely feel it was a hit. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived and I felt like they really cared about the end result — some places where you’ve already paid for the service (and at a discounted rate), they are quick to get you in and out, but I felt like any other customer and they listened to what I wanted (and seemed to freak out more than I did by the amount of hair I chose to part with!). They were open about the additional charges that would be payable BEFORE they started and the end result was fantastic.
I am unable to comment on the price range given I visited via a voucher, but I would definitely consider revisiting when the regrowth starts to show!
