The process of booking an appointment really impressed me. You can book in online or over the phone and by supplying a few simple bits of information you’ve got a quote a time and your insurance papers underway.
I must say that the service I recieved at the Marion branch was top notch. When I pulled up in my car I was greeted by the techs who explained what they were going to do, what the end result would be and how long it would take. I then spent 20 minutes whiling my time away in the waiting room drinking coffee until et voila! My car was delivered with the windscreen chip filled and smoothed till all that was left to show for it was a pin prick in the glass.
I originally chose to go to O’Brien’s as the quote was so clear cut, a lot of places I went to offered cheaper quotes but left a lot of room to move (such as saying that all windscreen repairs were $ 99 but that they would charge $ 199 as my chip was in a certain spot and then it might cost more because of this and that) in the end, I paid the exact same amount I was quoted for and the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.
