Changed my original review (i think this place has changed hands quite a bit in it’s short history).
Ordered 3 pizzas by phone for pickup by friends. Paid via credit card, was told everything was all good. When these friends arrived 30 minutes later to pick up the pizzas, they were told to pay again as the previous payment method hasn’t worked for months (something about needing to sight the card, which is ridiculous given online shopping is a thing). I gave the card number, expiry AND that 3 digit number on the back– plenty to charge via phone. I haven’t checked my balance yet, but if they’ve charged twice there will be hell to pay. If not, they still have shit customer service, and average pizzas. Used to be a much better place about 3 years ago, now is a more expensive pizza hutt quality hole. Meat lovers only had ham with a few bits of pepperoni. My homemade meat lovers pizza is ten times better, honestly.
