Best Commonwealth Bank branch I have ever had to deal with, probably even the best bank branch full stop.
Since all the branches got rebranded and overhauled a few years ago, I have had the pleasure of visiting this one weekly or fortnightly ever since.
There is always someone to greet you, but not be overbearing or fake, and then there is never a wait to see one of my usual tellers.
The tellers are always friendly, complete your transaction swiftly and never push any accounts or offers on you if they don’t think it will suit and benefit you.
I have regulars who I visit and usually have a nice chat with, and it is genuine, not forced.
I always make the effort to visit this branch over others closer to home and more accessible, because it has left a nice impression on me and kept me coming back.
