When you’re trying to decide what to put on your floors, Peter Kay is patient, helpful and informative, without being too«pushy» — just what I prefer in a salesman. And once I’d made my decision, although he has other carpet fitters he came and fitted my carpets himself. He removed the old carpets and took them away, he cleared all the old tacks and staples from the floors, and put down all fresh underlay. And he was quick, neat and efficient — again all one could wish for in a tradesman. As to whether my carpets are good value for money, only time will tell of course. But I’m very happy with them, they look great!
