Went out of my way to get to high and mighty Moorabbin to be there at 9.30 opening time. Store says open but door is locked. Staff have just arrived at 9.50.
This is quite possibly the grubbiest looking fashion store I have seen.
I cannot believe, when shoppers are flocking to the web, you offer this kind of experience.
Suggest you clean your windows, change the filthy signs in your window and get to work on time.
