Our Agency offers two types of Commissions when selling your property, one of which is capped from $ 3999.00 including GST and internet advertising, or we also offer the standard rate of commission.

Property Management is another service we offer. Professionals managing your Investment property like our own. Strict management, arrears policies and tenant application procedures are adhered to. Property Lovers are familiar with the term «Return on Investment».

Established in 2007.

Property Lovers first commenced business at Caboolture, and then relocated to Burpengary. Over the past 2 years we have been trading as a mobile office.

The mobile office has proven to be very successful. Our internet presence and referral base has been the key for our success. As a mobile office we offer a more personal service.
