I’ve been to several other Gelare ice cream shops throughout WA and the quality of their ice cream is always amazing, regardless of which shop I’ve been to. It’s definitely a favourite stop of mine, especially when their stocked up on mocha chip, green tea, Jamaican chocolate, and tiramisu. They also have an amazing hot fudge brownie sundae.
One of the highlights of Gelare, is their homemade, freshly baked cones, absolutely yummy. The best ice cream cones I’ve eaten (5 Stars to the cones). Also, the fact that Gelare ice cream only contains all natural ingredients, is also a huge bonus. It’s not full of artificial flavours and colours. Gelare also carries vegan, organic ice cream, which is devoid off eggs, dairy, soy and is naturally sweetened. I have no freakin idea how you make ice cream without eggs or dairy products, but more power to them. I’ll just stick with the super premium, fat filled ice cream. That’s what gyms are for.
The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and usually stuffing their face with some form of ice cream concoction. I figure if the staff loves the ice cream that much, it certainly has to be pretty damn good, and oh, by the way, it’s awesome!
