If money was no object, I’d buy all my fruit and vegetables here rather than at the Coles next door; I’d rather support a small independent shop over a huge chain supermarket. Sadly, though, money is an object, and when I do shop here, I’m always pretty amazed by just how much my purchases come to. But the quality of the produce is undoubtedly better than the supermarket; the selection is much wider and it’s all fresher and tastier. It’s definitely worth the higher price for some things, like onions and garlic, which always seem to be dodgy and a bit off when I buy them from Coles. Plus, when other shops are closed on a Sunday, Mosman Park Fresh stays open, so it’s there to save me from a Sunday fruit-​and-​veg-​related emergency.

It is always refreshing to have an option of where you buy your veggeis. As it is situated right beside Coles it is a often a battle of laziness whether to buy in here or not. I have always been a fan of buying fresh goods in a grocerer’s store that specialises in where to buy vegetables and fruit. The parking provided as a result of Coles being next door is a little hypocritical bonus :)
