Who. Ever. Recommends a place based on a salad sandwich?! Of all the delicious things you could conceivably order in a café, who, ever, recommends a café based on salad? Not even a ‘specialty salad’. Just a simple salad; crispy, oniony, strain your jaws to wrap your mouth around it salad, served on buttered toast Turkish bread. Who would do such a thing?
Me.
Many have listened and know the particular joy that is the salad sandwich from Café Jam. Treat yourself. Take a pew in among the pensioners and shoppers, grab a magazine from the large selection available and wrap your chops around a salad sandwich. It’s honestly marvelous.
