History

Established in 1973.

Beginning as Dames & Veska in 1973 and then Veska & Associates, Veska & Lohmeyer Pty Ltd adopted its current name when Michael Lohmeyer accepted a partnership with Lada Veska in 1989 at their offices located in Norwood.

Lada seeking a ‘sea change’ moved to his residence and practice to Goolwa, situated near the mouth of the Murray River, operating there for a further 18 years. Recently retired, Lada now enjoys the peaceful lifestyle in what has become his home town.

Michael moved his practice to Mount Barker in 1990 and has grown the company from very humble beginnings to now a major provider of Land Information and Surveying services in the district, employing fifteen people.

Working alongside Michael is a strong team of highly trained professional and proficient colleagues who bring a raft of specialized talents and experience into this thriving surveying practice.

Our motto of ‘have theodolite, will travel’ has taken field staff to locations all around South Australia. With
