Trying out a new salon for the first time is a big deal for me. I booked a 9am appointment at The Salon on Asquith a couple of doors down from Deli Chicchi.
The salon is clean and beautifully presented — white and bright. The chairs are actually pretty comfortable too. They do have a massage chair whilst you are having your hair washed.
I was the first client to walk in for the day. As I was being seated, I caught one of the ladies snapping at her staff member at the counter which was in clear arms length from me. This was a little uncomfortable and it made me think how much do they respect me as their customers to display an angry encounter?
The lady who did my hair was lovely though and afterwards for being a new customer I was given a voucher. I will return for another chance because of the hairdresser who worked on my hair.
The salon is open until 6pm on Thursday and Friday. Wednesday evening it is open until 8pm which is pretty handy.
