Express Kebabs deserves the awesome reviews it has received. The bread had substance, and the filling was delicious. I’m a little ashamed to admit this, but I actually upended the wrapper and drank the leftover sauce because it was so tasty. Yep, I really did that.

Omg … the best kebabs in Perth!!! He makes his own kebab bread which is thicker than the stuff from other places and he also makes his own turkish bread and garlic dip … AMAZING!!! Everything about this shop is understated and simple, but done amazingly well. Unfortunately he is now only open Fri Sat and Sun nights … so usually I only come here when I have had a drink or 2, tonight I am sober and it is still FABULOUS!!! Love this place!!!

A humble man with artisan hands. Nothing about this shop yells out, «I’m the best kebab shop in the Ottoman diaspora!» But he is when it comes to the kebab we Australians have come to know and enjoy. He makes his own wonderful bread that wraps lovingly around your ingredients. Its thicker, more rustic than others I’ve tried. His freshly baked Turkish bread is another winner. His wife use to make the best baklava but I understand the family home is busier these days so no more(and he wasn’t happy about the quality of buying it in). A simple meal made well.
