Steve has helped us gain 3 mortgages and given sound advice. More and more the banks are shopping just how soul less and greedy they have become. The recent raising of interest rates, out of whack from the RBA, and trying to justify with some story has angered (quite fairly) many people.
But banks will remain for the foreseeable future as necessary evil in Australian life. If you need a mortgage do not go straight to the banks, go to a mortgage broker like Steve from Millenium Finance. He can help you navigate the strange world of banks and help you compare apples with apples, not oranges. The servce he provided is amazing, and a benchmark for everyone in the banking industry.

Dealing with banks is worse than having your wisdom teeth pulled. Going to them cap in hand wanting them to give you a mortgage is worse.
Don’t go direct to the banks, talk to a mortgage broker and let them do the dirty work for you. Steve at Millenium Finance made things easy. He came to me, took my details and then went and found me the best deal. He explained all the different things I needed to know simply, without the legal jargon and doublespeak. I could not fault Steve at all, his service was impeccable. I knew exactly what was going on every single step of the way and he got be the best deal.
