History

Established in 2002.

We have been located in North or West Melbourne, right near the Queen Vic. markets, for almost 10 years now. We started as a one man shop filling a huge gap in the Australian photo industry (very high quality film scanning at affordable prices) but have grown considerably since then!

We quickly branched out into calibration equipment, high end monitors, ICC colour profiling services and fine art printing (we had our printing service ICC profiles on our website available for download in 2003, maybe some 5 years before anyone else did!). We are always at the forefront in terms of sheer image quality and now fine art printing is a huge part of our business. Whether you want to do it for yourself or have us do it for you, we can help you achieve the very very best results.

Business Owner

I created Image Science in March of 2001, as a side business to my commercial photography. My time is now predominantly spent in helping others achieve their goals in imaging, through the provision of quality services and the supply of the most beautiful materials available in the world today.

Image Science has earned itself a real reputation for quality, value and exceptional levels of service, and this is very important to me. I believe that a business such as this thrives on co-​operation with its clients, on an open and helpful attitude, and on good humour. I like to think our clients really enjoy their time working with us, and that we provide excellent value to them. Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning and have become good friends. We look forward to many more years of working together!
