Pricing is good, customer service is not. I’ve shopped at MSY for quite a while now, and while they do have some of the best pricing for computer parts in Melbourne, their customer service is a joke. I have had a warranty issue previously, and their de-meaner is awful. Best to know exactly what you want, get in and get out.

TIP: ~ MSY Technology’s customer service is notoriously awful. They’re clever and know exactly what you’re doing so if you go to them with a computer issue, it will be solved efficiently and cheaply. Unfortunately, if you’re there just browsing and you’re not very tech-savvy, you most likely won’t have a very good time. If you need to make a purchase, know what you want BEFORE you get there. This will save a lot of frustration. If you don’t really care about customer service or website quality(seriously… check out MSY’s website it is so laughably bad), then this is the place for your technological needs. Much cheaper than JB Hi-Fi or Dick Smith, just without the consumer appeal.

Just a note about this shop to help out others like me: they don’t do keyboard key replacements. Hah, that probably sounds strange — one of the keys fell off my keyboard and I walked my laptop over to this place, stood in line for ten minutes and then was told they didn’t do things like that. Fair enough — hope that saves someone else some time!
