History
Established in 1996.
The Purple Emerald Lounge Bar was opened in 1996 on Flinders Lane in the city. After 16 years of live funk/soul music and delicious cocktails in Melbourne city it was relocated to High street, Northcote.
Not much has changed, Purple Emerald still has live music regularly, a extensive cocktail menu and a 3am license. The bonus at the new venue is a huge sunny beer garden to the rear of the venue!
