Synergy is a community run space in which artists can affordably show their skills to the world.
I’ve seen a lot killer contemporary art here. Real mind-​bendingly good stuff.

Basically, they are a lot better at what they do than what I do. The level of creativity is through the roof and it’s actually good. Not pretentious, not over-​glorified contemporary, just great work.
Of course like any gallery, you’re either going to like what you see there or not. Everyone has differing tastes. But if you like Melbourne’s young contemporary art scene then you’ll probably like Synergy.
Having come here at both openings and just strolling through in the daytime, you’ll find it completely welcoming and the vibe is a friendly one.
