Really friendly and in-expensive for the quality and quantity you receive. We grabbed a banana bread and iced coffee. The banana bread was hot, crumbly and yummy. The iced coffee was beautifully smooth, with a rich coffee taste and creamy texture. Well above the average offerings in the city.

An alright coffee. I ordered a long black so I guess I can’t be too picky over it but it was just alright. The service was great, but I wish it wasn’t in the middle of the mall. I think I would have appreciated it more if it was in a better environment.

Gelato. Not much to say except that it was good. 3.5 stars. 2 scoops for $ 7AUD is a bargain. The raspberry was tasty and a distinctly raspberry flavor bomb in my mouth. Unfortunately the strawberry was just blah. If I didn’t know at the onset this was strawberry it would have been indiscernible except for the little pits in my teeth. All the annoyance and none of the flavor– 1 star. The consistency was also a problem, but that was probably my fault in ordering what is clearly a sorbet being advertised as gelato. Mistake duly noted for future orders. The salted caramel was delicious, like Werthers(sp?) candies without he hassle of pulling out your teeth. I’d return for that. This is located within the greatest food court on Earth. You Aussies just don’t know how lucky you have it with your actual food that tastes and looks like food– not random«Chinese» non-food.

Been here several times and have not been disappointed with their cakes and gelato. when i am craving for a good slice of cake, I have always found something here that hits the spot. Service is a little hit and miss though, wouldn’t hurt if their staff could be a bit more friendly and have a bit of speed.

I’ve only tried the gelato here because it’s the closest place where I can during the work week. Once was on a weekend where the service was so so. They didn’t have enough staff so ended up waiting 15 minutes or more for a gelato. It was worth it because it was so hot! The other time was during lunchtime during the week and there were no line and the Italian guy was super friendly and nice. I would go back but maybe tempted by other gelato places if there was others nearby.

Located in the Westfield Mall food court, they have a nice selection of gelato which you can sample. Got coconut gelato in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It was delicious. The lady who helped me was pleasant and patient.

The food itself is as expected for gelato. The unfortunate thing is the service here. The same young man ignores you and chooses who he wants to serve. He purposely walks away to talk to another staff member to avoid serving you. He did this ti several people that evening whilst i sat at the side bar. However, i was there Thursday night 12th Dec) and a lovely young lady(european accent) was very helpful and lovely. Its a pity management dont make an effort to fix their customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

They have an array of yummy desserts but I was craving macaroons. These are not only delicious but they are generously sized for $ 3.50. I tried the peanut butter macaroon which had white chocolate — YUMMO and the peppermint with dark chocolate — good but after the PB, doesn’t compare. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two thumbs up!

This place in the middle of the Westfield food court is swarmed like it’s a golden beehive. And it’s people like you and me that make up the bees. Circling around this little sweet treat spot is a selection of delectable bite-sized desserts in glass box displays. In one box a selection of fun coloured macaroons, in another French pastries and chocolate and cream layered desserts. Round the other end they have a huge selection of gelato, it’s almost not fair to have to make a choice. They take advantage of all the yummiest flavours and combinations — I love the rocher or sneakers or peanut butter flavour, but the lychee, green apple or coconut is refreshing and sweet too. They take advantage of your wallet and the fact that you really shouldn’t have dessert because you’re already full. A single scoop comes at a pricey $ 5. What lets this place down is their customer service. It was absolutely appalling. The lady that served me obviously didn’t want to be there. She looked bored, angry and annoyed and all at the same time. They need to train their staff to deal with customers better or replace her. It’s just not a good look to have a dessert place served by someone who’s sour.
