Pizza Hut

First time getting pizza here and unfortunately it was not very good.
Firstly one of the pizzas had tomato instead of capsicum? I am allergic to tomato so this really wrecked it.
The other pizza had soggy capsicum but was generally alright.
The service was friendly and helpful but there seemed to be confusion on who was doing what which wasn’t confidence inspiring.
I will probably try it again but if this happens again I won’t be going back.

This place managed to give me both constipation AND diarrhea. What a feat.
But still, their cheesy crust is nice, and any company crazy enough to breed a pizza with a pie gets top marks in my book.
I will be back.

I have had both average and bad experiences at this Pizza Hut.
When I say average, I don’t mean negatively. I just mean it was a normal level of service. No one was rude, nor was anyone overly accommodating. But, I mean, it’s a take away pizza joint, what more could you ask for?
My first experience with this Pizza Hut was ordering late one sober night. I had come home on the train and wanted to meet with a pizza (side note: Pizza Hut is quite close to Nundah train station). Unfortunately train lines were down, which we didn’t know until after ordering, and we were shuttled around in buses. This meant we were later than expected. I got an extremely rude phone call from an obviously young female worker. They said they’d be there, so we went, knocked on the glass doors, which were locked, called out and had no one come. I was extremely angry, especially after the phone call we had received. All the lights were off and it looked like no one was there. After leaving without our pizza, someone called and asked where we were. Honestly? I’m angry just thinking about this. So anyway, now I make sure never to use my phone number if I decide to order from there again.
Which we did last night. Vegetarian stuffed crust pizza was very night. All toppings seemed evenly spread and a good amount. The order was right. When I asked to add something to the order at the store the person who served me was fine with that. So, good and bad. It’s just Pizza Hut. Do or don’t, you won’t be fussed.
