ABC Blinds & Awnings

Not happy with ABC Blinds. Shop and person that quoted/​measured were great. But that’s were it ends. Waited months to get them fitted. When they did come they did not send the correct brackets to complete or even do the job (black instead of cream then even then not enough brackets). Came a few weeks later to fix problem and was just about to pay final balance to installer only to find that ABC blinds account dept had taken payment off my credit card without permission. Lucky I checked my online statement or would have paid twice! Move forward to a month later, two blinds crooked so one is freying. Need to wait another month to get someone to pick up blind as I am not taking days off work to do this! So set aside 8am-​12noon on Sat (no they don’t book a time just morning or afternoon). Blind has now been taken away after other blind was fixed with masking tape? … The saga continues! Yep avoid ABC BLINDS… And rant over!

Moody, moody, moody! I came down here early one Saturday morning to beat the rush and get some one on one advice from the staff here. Granted I already had a quote from someone and I was checking to see if these guys could beat it, or if they had a better product.
The moody woman just said, look just give us the dimensions and the price you have been given. I wanted to talk about different styles and the disadvantages and advantages of the different materials, but she was too busy. She told me to just pick a style and she will quote it for me.
So you wont get quality service here, but the prices seemed pretty reasonable. I didnt end up buying from here as I couldnt tell if I was comparing apples with apples.
