National Storage

I have a long-​term storage rental with National Storage in Osborne Park. I got a good deal by paying 6 months in advance.
The storage space is cleaner than the previous storage business I used. I asked before I moved in (as bugs were a real issue with the last space) and they said they are constantly using pest control, which is great.
I signed up for the deal on the phone with a national sales person who was very friendly, but I was really disappointed with the level of service from one of gentlemen who works at Osborne Park. The couple of times I have dealt with him and he is very unfriendly, and makes you feel like you’re putting him out asking for something. I booked an appointment to move in to the storage space. When I got to the office no one was there. I called the number on the door and the gentleman said I didn’t book, which I had, and was really put out that he had use his golf cart to drive from the storage area to the front office and come and let me in.
