I’m not a huge fan of fish and chips but when I heard about his place I had to try it out. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Fish was absolutely great. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone. It defiantly has my vote !

It’s not often I get a hankering for fish and chips, but when I do it must be fulfilled! Last night was one of those nights and I did a quick search on Unilocal and saw this businesses was well liked by Unilocalers. The staff were really nice and the fish and chips was very reasonably priced but the the food wasn’t amazing, only ok. We had Snapper and chips, with a few squid rings and scallops for good measure. My partner also got a pineapple fritter. The quality of the seafood could have been a bit better but mostly it was the batter that let the meal down — too thick and crispy, not at all fresh. Not sure whether it was too much batter, it was too long in the fryer or that the oil needed to be changed, but it wasn’t great. Instead of the batter enhancing the seafood it made it worse.

It has been a while since I last munched down on OP fish and chips, and I can say the chips were a highlight this time. They were cooked perfectly with crunchy golden casings and soft innards. Keep up the standard

I really rate this place. The chips are always really good(crispy, perfectly seasoned) and you can feed quite a few people for under $ 20. I always get my fish grilled and once again, perfectly cooked and great seasoning. They used to have a few little asian dishes in the bain maries but the last few times I’ve been in they’ve been empty(maybe they only do this on Friday/Saturday nights). Friendly service and not a huge wait. Cash only.

Osborne Park Fish and Chips is a humble-looking fish and chips place on the busy café section of Main Street. They have some decent deals, such as two pieces of fish, chips and two pineapple fritters for under $ 20, which is enough to feed quite a few people. Their servings are surprisingly large, although the food itself is rather bland. There is not enough salt in the chips, and the fish tastes old. There is also too much batter on the fish. For a cheap and quick feed, Osborne Park Fish and Chips is serviceable, but there are better places in Perth.
