Dash & Lilly

From the outside, this looks like it’ll be super expensive. So imagine my delight when I found out that nothing inside appeared to be over $ 100.
I came in here desperate to find something suitably summery to buy and change into straight away — after over a decade of living in London, I’d totally over-​dressed for the Brissie humidity (wearing a black leather vintage midi-​skirt in 33 degree heat was really not one of my most sensible sartorial choices).
And on the sale rack, I found some sweet little frocks that did the job quite nicely. I tried them on and walked out wearing one (yes, I purchased it first!) — it was a cute, white shift dress, with black straps, and little panels of gold, beige and silver around the neckline. It was a little bit different, a hell of a lot better for the heat and very definitely easy on the wallet (a bargain for only $ 59!)
So, if like me you’ve left the house in the wrong outfit, pop in here and they’ll sort you out. And leave you with a bit of cash for an evening out afterwards.

I was quite surprised at this store. Located in a part of Paddington where most of the shops charge fairly hefty amounts for their products, I was pleased to discover this place not only has gorgeous stuff, but they sell it at reasonable prices. It’s a tiny unassuming, boutique; blink and you’ll miss it as you’re walking by.
Even though it is a small store, they manage to skilfully squeeze a fairly large amount of stuff in here without overcrowding the place. It’s paradise for young girls, with all the latest trends with a twist available.

I love Paddington, and shops like Dash & Lilly are why I love it so much. The first thing I found out when I walked in was that everything had a further 30% off. The prices were already pretty good, so I naturally scrambled to try on just about everything.
Dash and Lilly is a lovely little boutique that has a nice little collection of casual and going out dresses to match the season, and I managed to secure two of them for only $ 60. They may call themselves a boutique and their clothes are lovely, but they don’t have the prices associated with a boutique (thank goodness).
The clothes are feminine and sweet and are part of a range of items that appeal to a lot of girls. Dash & Lilly may be a small shop, but they have a great selection that targets young girls really well.
It was sweltering hot the day I went in and the lovely girl there was very nice to me and also let me stand aimlessly in front of the air conditioner for a few minutes.
The place has a really sweet atmosphere and is a great place to stop by if you’re looking for cute clothes at excellent prices.
