Select Chickens

Good selection of normal favourites, eat here at least once per month and food is good. Friendly staff and owner is Greg from the biggest looser. We have had the schnitzel hot pack, nuggets, dim sims, potato fritters, burgers and chips on several occasions and better than the average.
Will continue to eat here for many more years.

I always appreciate it when a chicken shop isn’t just another chicken shop. Select Chickens isn’t just another chicken shop!
Yes they have all the staples. You can get chicken, chips, chicken hot packs, chicken rolls, you know where I’m going with this. Like every chicken shop they offer their own takes on these classic favourites, and it’s always worth visiting any chicken shop once just to see their interpretation of these menu items. The reason I like to visit is for the salads!
Almost every chicken shop makes their own salads, or at least, some of the salads. Select Chicken is no different. It’s the quality of the salads that makes all the difference. I’m done with coleslaw and potato salad variations. What I enjoy here is the kabana salad which is primarily kabana, capsicum, and onion. Or maybe it’s the rice salad, or one of the other continental salads on display.
Even if you don’t want chicken or chips, go for the salads. They’re a good healthy option and they’re reasonably priced too!
