Dani T.

Business Owner

As a resources sector Recruitment, Career Development, Human Resources and OHS professional, Dani’s passion is people as well as employment opportunities in the mining and resources sectors.

She has been involved with, employed by and lived remotely in this thriving Industry for the past 22 years, in roles such as Regional Manager — Mining and Resources, Group HR and Recruitment Manager, Area Manager as well as Branch Manager and Recruitment Consultant for several companies, predominately based in the Pilbara of Western Australia.

It is this extensive and specialised experience that has helped Dani to become the «go to girl» and a Resources Sector recruiter of choice for a growing list of companies in Western Australia, nationally and internationally.

Throughout her career, Dani has worked on Iron Ore and Gold mine sites in a variety of different administration based roles and additionally been involved in Recruitment, HR and OHS for remote sites, both FIFO and residential.
