The firm, now known as Baldock Stacy & Niven was founded by Herbert Henry Lee in 1891.

Over 120 years later the focus of the firm remains unchanged; a belief in the importance of understanding our client’s needs, of adapting to the continuing challenges of business, and of delivering quality professional services in a timely and cost effective manner

Business Owner

Stuart Niven is a partner of Baldock Stacy & Niven. He was educated at the King’s School Parramatta and then at St Andrew’s College, University of Sydney.

Stuart was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 and after working for a medium sized commercial law firm in the City of Sydney, he became a partner of Baldock Stacy & Niven in 1995. Stuart was appointed a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2007.

Stuart acts in a variety of matters for a large variety of clients from young first home purchaser to large companies. The types of matters handled by Stuart include the following:
