food — the sushi is fresh and tasty. A few originals. The flamme roasted salmon is very subtle. food definitely deserves 4 stars
atmosphere — quite a basic and tight spot. There are no window and only the mall on the other side so its not a date spot.
service — nice people, although service is not very important in a sushi train
value — very fair. you can eat to satiety for 20 AUD per person, which is rarely the case in sydney area sushi shops

Friendly staff, nice variety of sushi dishes. Haven’t had any problems with freshness, the chef will make sashimi for you on the spot (he often tells us what’s best on the day too)
This is my favourite sushi place in parramatta, the others tend to have a more boring selection.
