Tristan & Mikayla’s Espresso Bar & Cafe

I’ve been hobbling past Tristan & Mikayla’s a couple times a day lately on weekdays at Parramatta with a want to try out their coffee. Well, today is a better day than any other day I suppose.
My daughter and I sat our bums on seats and ordered a couple cappuccinos and a croissant to share along with a request of water. Service was polite and efficient.
First out came the water. Thank goodness for that and then came the two large cappuccinos with a perfect dairy thickness and a good healthy dose of chocolate on the head. I suggest getting the spoon and taking a little of the chocolate top for a tasty treat.
The coffee smelt oh so good and the taste? The taste was delicious. Quality being up on par with Campos coffee at Newtown. This coffee is worthy of rubbing over your skin for those of you with a coffee fetish but that’s another story between you, me and the internet.
Try out their coffee. This café smack bang on the corner of Hassall and Charles Streets. Just a short walk from the train station.
My only criticism is of just about every café in Parramatta. That is, why do they close so early there? 4pm closures across Parramatta CBD is early like it’s curfew time.
