Slow cooked and delicious! I have had the pleasure of trying a few things from the braised bros interesting and forever changing menu and I am impressed every time. The pulled pork bun and the braised beef salad (I think it was a cous cous salad with a bit of a twist) are definately winners and the rest of their menu sounds amazing. There are even sweet options too like Braised berry compote with mascarpone and chocolate baklava. Who knew food trucks could be so fancy!
Always friendly service and although it is a little expensive, like all festival food usually is, Braised Bros is delicious and a welcome change from your average food truck!
