Brad Cassidy, Director

Brad has been working for himself for about 25 years. His first business was via a family opportunity and was a partnership in a restaurant in Perth. Specialising in Mexican food, Brad spent the next 16 years in the hospitality industry with the last restaurant being Santa Fe in Subiaco. He then purchased Commercial Kitchen Systems, a business specialising in top end food production equipment. In 2010 Leaf Bean Machine was created. Brad believes that ‘good old fashioned’ service is the secret to success and combined with a great team that anything is possible.

Fleur Cassidy, Director

Fleur’s family were involved in hotels and she has grown up with a strong sense of hospitality and customer service. Leaf Bean Machine is an opportunity for Fleur to realise a long term interest in tea and coffee. Fleur believes in looking after people as she would like to be looked after and that everyone should be passionate about what they do.
