Wish I could give 0 stars. My experience at the pop up stand at EQ was dreadful. After waiting 25 mins for our order, which was probably due to their chaotic ordering system, my $ 15 pork burrito was filled with burnt scrapings off the bbq that were caustic and tasted disgusting. I took it back and the manager tasted it and told me it was probably just the ‘burnt coffee grinds’ on the pork. What?! My friend had ordered the same thing and did not have charred scrapings in hers! He offered to make us two more but we didn’t want to wait again. His attitude was very flippant and overall this is a very amateurish operation.

Negative 1 star if I can give that. Tried food at their pop up shop in Elizabeth Quay. $ 15 for worst ever pork burrito. Beans waaaay too salty! Needed two beers to wash that taste off my mouth. Poor customer service to go with that. Total waste of money. Stay clear of this rip off in name of Mexican food. Very bad experience.

Tried the pulled pork tortilla. Quite smokey and tasty with the beans, Guocamole and sour cream. Very different from the likes of salsas, Guzman y Gomez and Zambreros. Would be delicious with a bit of fresh salsa but sadly this option isn’t available :( Still, great fun for a weekday lunch break, especially thanks to the busker on guitar nearby — no #saddesklunch today! :)
