I had a family dinner at Maruzzella this week and it was okay.
The Good — The baby squid dish was well cooked and tasty, the pizzas were mostly good with a really good base, the service was friendly, the serving sizes were generous, they play Italian music.
The Not-​So-​Good — The arrancini was bland, the pasta in one of the dishes had lots of stuck together bits that hadn’t cooked properly, the meat lovers pizza had some really hard meat on it that was hard to eat, it was really stuffy and warm in the restaurant, the décor was below average.
I would recommend the pizza for sure, it was yummy, but I won’t be rushing back.

great place with a cool vibe. the staff are really friendly which is FANTASTIC in this day and age. you can fdine in or take away. check their website for monthly specials.
I have t had a chance to try anything else besides pizza which is pretty amazing. I will give their lasagna a go next week and edit my review to give you the heads up on it.

they went down hill fast from a 4 star to a 2 star. when your pizzeria is empty the least you could do is make a good pizza and when you have a walk in that asks about the specials honour the ones you have listed on line as monthly specials.
