I’ve been coming here since March & my health has greatly improved. I initially came due to upper back, neck & shoulder stiffness & pain & thought acupuncture would help. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treats the whole person & aims to strengthen your whole body, concentrating on your spleen, liver & kidneys. I sleep better, my back & neck pain has gone but I still have a little stiffness (the acupuncturist gave me some exercises to do in addition to the medication) & my allergy to wheat products is not as bad as before. My digestion is also better.
